The perfect house for me! Love the entire floor plan. Walking through front door there is a waiting room, love it 👍👍👍👍. The bath in the Master bedroom has a lot of original ideas that I really like. One thing I did not like and that is the “Bar”, I don’t drink much, just a little beer that can fit in Kitchen fridge. Get rid of the bar and I am 100% happy with this house 🤓.

Its the same as living anywhere else. I had someone once ask me "do we have schools in Las Vegas" my answer was a funny no we ship all kids out until they are 21, lmbo. Most locals rarely if ever go to the strip and enjoy doing local things within the local community. This house is in Summerlin where I live and I can honestly say living here has been the same for me as living in Mission Viejo California. As a local you don't live like a tourist.

This thing is gorgeous. You have made the comments in the past re: Feng Shui. Note the front door opens up in front of a back sliding glass door. This builder is trying to compete with Toll Bros. I wonder if Vegas property values are getting ahead of themselves. I do like your commentary, esp. with the CalAtlantic house where at the price point, the bathroom is not up to par. Chuck, you are very very good. This property despite the size seems cramped on the second floor.

I live in this community (the Ridges) and have had no issues. Of course during summer and winter months you have to adjust your irrigation days but that happens in California and in winter climates. You water as appropriate for the season.

@@lucasmoney2008 5 years and its a 20 -25 minute drive to the strip. Doesn't really matter which end of town you move to its probably no more than a 30 minute max to the strip (weather, rush hour, etc) of course can create a longer commute.

I would imagine these builders to make their models a little more neutral. Buyers with narrow sense of vision will not get passed the horrendous choice of colors and furniture. Besides that very very beautiful floor plan and structure!

House is nice, price is good but you're spending 1 mil $ to basically hear coyotes at night. I mean look at what you have in front of your house 13:06...plain desert as far as the eyes can see. Location, location, location.
