So even though he wasn't a hitman by definition, I think it's worth mentioning to illustrate the scale and as an interesting historical fact, because many haven't heard of him: Василий Михайлович Блохин, a member of the protection of Joseph Stalin, chief executioner of the NKVD. It is assumed that in the period from 1926 to 1953 he shot 10-15,000 people himself, although some historians talk about more victims of Blokhin (up to 50,000 murdered).
@davidmicleaa
@davidmicleaa Жыл бұрын
I mean, not exactly a hitman as he is an executioner, who kills people already captured in prison by someone else. Doesn't really count, you just pull the trigger and you're done, as opposed to an actual hitman which finds the person, follows them and kills them on their own and also has to escape. But that's still a lot of murders from Blokhin, no arguing that.

Many of the top mob bosses here in the U.S. have gone on record as saying the most trigger-happy hitmen are usually "taken-out". While they are a necessary element of the lifestyle, those that seem to enjoy it are deemed a liability. No mafia family wants to contend with a "loose cannon", but it has happened many times. If they don't get incarcerated first, most of the top hitmen get "hit". It's not a lifestyle conducive to anything positive or respectable. Only other sociopaths find this lifestyle appealing. Fortunately, these guys don't typically avoid one of two guaranteed destinations: 1) Prison, 2) Morgue -or- 3) BOTH. It's not a life worth living unless you place no value on human life - including your own

He never mentioned Kuklinski once in his confession but put men away who he knew all his life? Doesn't make sense. The difference between popeye and Kuklinski is that Kuklinskis methods were varied where popeyes were mainly by the gun. As we all know Richard Kuklinski used his fists, the knife, the gun, poisons, fire, chainsaws but that was to dismember, he even once used wild rats to kill somebody. Popeye on the other hand used mainly the gun, knife, or explosives.

There were no Bucks County, PA. Caves with man eating rats. His story was entirely fabricated about being a Mafia Hitman. FBI Agent Dominick Polifrone even debunked his Mafia Hitman story. The Mafia doesn’t need to pay anyone to kill someone, they’re expected to put in work, or to do a piece of work when commanded by the Boss or someone higher up than you. Mafia Soldier or Associate get word from their Capo, who likely was told to get it done by / through a buffer from Boss to Capo.

Yes he did work for the family he worked at one point for two separate families at one point in time. He wasn't taken in by any one family because of the obvious....his lineage wasn't Italian that he could trace back to the old country and that's why he would never have been made by any family. But he was used by more than just one family. Taking a pigs word over what actually really transpired is silly tbh I know all about Polifrone and he was just a tool that was used to bring him down. Have you read Richard Kuklinskis book? Have you taken apart the criminal evidence? Have you at least read anything in depth about the whole criminal case? No I don't think that you will have. So let's just both agree here that your totally correct just for comments sake I mean, if that's the case then why on earth could this man live in a nice big house, have all the mod cons, have more than one car, have family holidays, great Christmas', have nice clothes, and have all of that and also be able to fly under the radar in a upper class community whilst living a second life of murder and money.....so if it wasn't the family or families paying him for his work then who else was? Which ratty criminals were funding him all this money so he could live that type of existence? No pal he was paid by more than one family for his services and nobody said anything about man eating rats but I did say something about him leaving a man inside a cave tied up that was nibbled to bits by rats. Your just trying to twist things there nobody said "Man Eating Rats". He did have involvement with families I don't know how you think he didn't?

@@TheDemonGamerOfFleetStreet I m not going to get into an argument with you. He wasn't part of any crew, not involved with the mob as a hit man, body guard etc etc. If you want to believe that, ok believe it. I read his book etc. There's a reason why he doesn't appear anywhere in the book Murder Machine. He claims that he was the one who killed Roy DeMeo, and he couldn't offer any inside evidence of that.

The Kuklinski matter has been settled. Also if you read the book about Kuklinski, then you know that he had committed his own schemes with pirated movies and eventually pirate videos ( mainstream and XXX ) that was big money back in the 70's up until he was arrested in the 80's.

Sure he was a psychopath who had no feelings whatsoever sure he killed people just for them pissing him off but he still worked alongside at least two families that's all I'm saying. Scary. These people exist and I think a good deal of them go unnoticed and at large. It is smthg that goes on everyday on this earth, unfortunately. Men, women, and children, all need to be very aware of this at all times. It is never smart to become complacent or think it couldn't happen to you. I wish it weren't true. I watch this stuff mainly to educate myself, and force myself to believe it happens. Even knowing it is real and true, I still have a hard time accepting that human beings are so easily capable of so much unkindness and cruelty. 🧡🙏

Every murder that the iceman gave to the interviewer was proven he was only convicted of killing 5 people but authorities know he killed many more his mental diagnosis has always been suspect because he exhibited many which was unheard of on the psychopath scale it was 66% so that’s what they ultimately called him. But it was obvious he worked off intent. The only reason he even talked at all was the money he would get for the hbo interviews would go to his wife snd kids otherwise you’d have just speculation. In one report it says he was abusive to his wife on another and according to the wife he never even yelled. The movie was all garbage too !! The one take away is that the fbi says that at any given time there are as many as 150 serial killers around the United States so all these interviews and stories are made to make these killers out as reckless so we’ll feel better they’ll all be caught when in reality they just get old and evidence catches them after the fact

Ive seen HBO:s all documentaries many times on Kuklinski, read alot etc etc. He was convicted of 5 murders and they thougt he MAYBE has killed around 15 people. Search and you will find, but he sure was a killing machine, he didnt drink, do drugs, gamble.. And he had a nice house that was listed for I belive $480k (so he had money) when he and his wife bought it back in the 80s. He completly separetaded "work" and family. But he was not nice to his family, thats his only regrett in life he said in the documenteries. He died right before he was going to act as a witness in a trail against a mobster, from kawazaki deseace. (Sry for spelling, im not english). But the mob-guy apperantley didnt have nothing to lose even if he pleaded guilty. Really fascinating guy that Kuklinski.

I remember reading about ten years ago The iceman Richard Kuklinsk biography what a masterpiece. Quite intense though: It really feels you are there watching him murder as you read ! The dude would literally tied his victims in caves full of hungry rats record everything and send the tapes to those who wanted them dead. In another time he would kill using sprays full w cyanide cuz that way wouldn't be consider messy and extremely quick. Crazy shit, the guy was notorious in the art of "getting his of someone when someone had to go"

Hordes of man eating cave rats is what upstate NY is known for, I think it's in it's tourism ads. My top of the line camcorder in 1984 could record for 90 minutes, he must of invented lithium batteries and the digital format decades before everyone else, or he had a really long extension cord.😂🤣 Philip Carlo had to print retractions in the second addition/printing of his book.

I met the grim reaper when I almost choked to death. He was a fraction of a second away from reaching me before my windpipe got unclogged & able to start gasping for air. It seemed too realistic to be just a dream & if it was only a dream when I passed out, why would I specifically dream about that? It made me a strong believer in the afterlife. I have no idea if asking for forgiveness will change their fates when they die or not. But I do know for sure that these people aren't gonna like their afterlife unless they can get forgiveness & truly change.
