I thought I needed to get my eyes checked because I was seeing a lot of dots!!!! Lol . I would have stopped way before you did because I couldn't see where you could possibly add more. But you did. I love blue, teal, lavendar & gold. Need to get myself a color wheel because I'm not good at choosing colors that go good together. I love the way you show your mistakes & how you fix them. Im glad I found your channel.

❤ ANOTHER STUNNING ONE JADEL. I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO BREAK OUT WITH A TOOTHPICK AND I HENNA CONE AND GO EVEN SMALLER. LOL I HAVE TO SAY THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH A COLOR AS I HAVE THE APPLE BARREL WHITE. I DID 3 COATS AND WAITED 24 HOURS AND ONE LITTLE BUMP TOOK THE PAINT RIGHT OFF THE ROCK. OF COURSE, I COULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE OUT OF ALL THE WALMART SHOPPERS IN THE PAST 10 YEARS TO GET AN OUTDATED PAINT. LOL😂 KEEP EM' COMING. I WATCH THEM ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND MORE THAN ONCE. I started switching brands and I stopped myself. I think Kat said it best… it’s only .50¢ just go get a freshy. So I did… after my craft fair I went and bought ALL NEW Apple Barrel paints. This white is not new and it’s one of the only multi surface paints I kept because it doesn’t crack like the matte. I have the biggest box of old paints now. Thinking I’ll use them outside and as base paints. It was so fun getting new paints. They are now .58¢ a bottle. Woooo hoo!

@@JaDeLRocks, thanks for the tip. I always go slow because I have arthritis and carpal tunnel. Taking breaks allows me to dot more and gives my project proper drying time. Rushing doesn’t work with this medium. 🩷

You can do it! I swore I’d take my time and not rush. You know for me that was hard, lol. I’m so proud. It’s by no means perfect but it’s probably one of my bests. I’m completely proud.. mostly of my patience 😂😂😂

So beautiful!! I have been eyeing this one in your shop! This might be a dumb question, I have the same dotting tools, they did not come with any paperwork that tells the sizes or anything, what does 'common side' mean? And could you share with me the size of each color? Thank you so much in advance 😊

Thank you ♥️ ok… those dotting tools can be almost any color. I got mine on Amazon. I can go to my order and thumb through the pics and it’ll tell me sizes. Now, if yours doesn’t tell you you’ll have to eyeball it. Line them up from biggest to smallest. The largest is almost always 3mm, the next 2.5 mm, next 2 mm, next 1.0, and smallest .8 mm. All of those tools will have 2 different sizes on each end. However, one side of every tool is 1.5 mm. I call that the common side because they all have that in common. Let me know if that made sense.. it’s hard to explain

Lol!!! You’re totally not crazy! I remember trying to figure this out when I started and ordered a set that want the same sizes like.. green one was tiny instead of big and pink was biggest. I was like what the ? I learned real quick that color made no difference and you just had to know the size. Got to wonder why they made half of each tool 1.5 mm. I wish they’d make the “common” side a .8 mm since I use it so much to fix the other sizes 😂😂😂

Me too. Someone commented that I should hold the top where the two sides are joined. It does work but it still slips around the rock some. I’ve seen so many hacks for this but none worked well for me.
