Legendary cars are the rarest and most powerful in the game, making them highly sought after by players. The odds of pulling even one Legendary from card packs are slim, often requiring either a significant investment of time grinding events or substantial in-game purchases of premium packs. Even with strategic gameplay and resource management, getting two Legendarys can feel nearly impossible without a great deal of luck or substantial financial expenditure, as the randomness of card drops doesn't guarantee high-tier rewards.
