💜How to Blend Essential Oils FREE class! www.aromahead....
💛 I want to do something SPECIAL in this video . . .
Because there are a lot of essential oils for depression that can offer support.
But not every essential oil is going to work for YOU.
So I am sharing:
- 6 of my top essential oils for depression
- 3 Aromatherapy methods of use (like diffusing the oils, etc)
- 3 WAYS that these essential oils can support you (like helping you feel uplifted, etc)
As an Aromatherapy teacher, I put a lot of value on science + research.
I also know that it doesn’t matter how much research we have about essential oils for depression, if you don’t like your blend’s aroma, or it is not convenient for you to use.
Please take care of yourself and create a blend that you LOVE (and it will LOVE you back!)
💛 GET DETAILS ON USING ESSENTIAL OILS FOR DEPRESSION HERE: www.aromahead....
:::::::::::: *** ::::::::::::
If you try any of these essential oils for depression, I would love to know your results!
Please leave me a comment and share your experience.
Feel free to ask any questions in the comments, too.
:::::::::::: *** ::::::::::::
As a teacher, I believe that your wellbeing is too important to base on guesswork.
Or on stories about the success others have had with essential oils.
That is why I am such a big advocate for reliable, research-based essential oil information.
Not sure you want to take a full Aromatherapy class? That’s OK! You can take a class that focuses on a single essential oil.
Check out my series of classes called ESSENTIAL OIL SPOTLIGHTS.
Each SPOTLIGHT class focuses on ONE essential oil. It includes scientific information about the oil, its therapeutic benefits, recipes, photos, other essential oils that it blends well with, and more. Each class is narrowly focused on ONE oil, but also gives you a rounded education so you know how to blend that oil with others.
You don’t have to know how to use a DOZEN essential oils to be successful with Aromatherapy. You can learn to use ONE oil in a DOZEN ways.
I have 4 SPOTLIGHTS for you. Learn the full range of uses and benefits that these essential oils can offer!

Hey Andrea - firstly, I’d like to send you a big hug and a thank you. I’m slightly obsessed with your KZbin videos. They are fantastic. I’m just getting into making candles and soaps, and the blend of oils I use is very important to me. I also use a diffuser. Scent wise, I love geranium, lavender and rosemary together. I find them very relaxing. For stress I often use neroli with geranium. Thanks for the link to your classes. I’ll definitely be signing up to at least one of them (I want to learn more about Frankincense and Myrrh, in particular). Again, thank you so much. You are fabulous - warm, kind, knowledgeable and keen to share. Who could ask for more? (I’m living in Oxfordshire, in the UK.....and love Neals Yard. Do you know them?) Xx

Welcome to our Aromahead community here on KZbin Lixin! We are so glad this video was helpful! There are many wonderful companies. We like to recommend buying from companies that import directly from the distillers, that test every batch of oil with GC/MS, and that share the batch specific GC/MS reports with their customers. This ensures quality and demonstrates accountability. Here are a few we can recommend: Aromatics International - www.aromatics.com Essential Elements - www.essentialelementsstore.com Florihana (Europe) - www.florihana.com/en Aliksir (Canada) - www.aliksir.com You can read about GC/MS testing here: blog.aromahead.com/2009/12/04/essential-oil-industry-standards-aromatics-international-supports-gcms-testing

What if you have no sense of smell? Will these methods help if you can’t swell them ?
@aromatherapyoils
@aromatherapyoils 4 жыл бұрын
Great question Jeremy! Aromatherapy works even if you are not able to smell. There are many studies done that show people with anosmia are able to experience the reducing of pain and inflammation, and even emotional issues, like reducing stress and anxiety, and bringing on a sense of relaxation and calmness. Everyone has different reactions so I would encourage you to set aside some time and explore the oils as if you are meditating and keep notes of any changes in sensation or discoveries.

Diane natural perfumes made with essential oils sometimes need to be applied a bit more often, since the aroma of the essential oils generally won’t linger as long on the skin as a commercial perfume.
