THANK YOU! I bought a copal burner that came with charcoal and the copal, but no instructions on how to burn it. I searched and searched and couldn’t find anything that explained or showed how to use the charcoal and how to burn the copal! This video was so simple and clear! I can use my burner for my día de muertos altar this year! Thanks so much!!

There are wildly differing opinions on pets and essential oils. As there is much involved, we believe working with pets takes specific education to ensure safety for our pets. We don't teach using essential oils for animals in-depth at Aromahead, but we provide a great training to our Aromatherapy Certification Program students about using oils around animals and pets. We also have an informative blog post that our co-education director wrote: blog.aromahead.com/using-aromatherapy-safely-with-pets-acp along with a spotlight class that you can check out here: www.aromahead.com/courses/aromatherapy-around-animals

It's wonderful to hear that you are able to create your own blends to help support your loved ones using the oils you have in your collection. Most essential oils can be easily substuted, and having knowledge of each oil's chemical, therapeutic, and aromatic properties can help you make the most informed decisions. 💜 All of the oils in this video can be found at www.aromatics.com. Aromatics International has also created wellness categories that provide solutions for the concerns customers face most often. These also signify the primary therapeutic and energetic usage of the essential oils. It’s a great guide for blending and you can discover more about that here: www.aromatics.com/pages/essential-oils-by-intention

Where do you buy your essential oils please?
@aromatherapyoils5 ай бұрын
Aromahead and Aromatics International (www.aromatics.com) are closely aligned and have worked together for over 10 years, curating a list of distillers for Aromatics who they know and trust. That said, we encourage students to work with companies they like. We recommend you work with a company that provides GC/MS reports, is transparent about distillation dates, and sources sustainably. This ensures quality and demonstrates accountability. We are happy to recommend some great oil companies to you though: Aromatics International, Essential Elements, Florihana, and Aliksir Distillery.

While essential oils may not be able to help with necessarily delaying or preventing deformity, they can be helpful for alleviating pain and inflammation associated with arthritis conditions. Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) essential oil is so helpful in cases like this! This is a recipe we’ve shared through Aromahead’s weekly email. Feel free to subscribe to receive more recipes and tips like this. It’s easy to subscribe, simply click this link: info.aromahead.com/ah-weekly Blend 1 oz (30 ml) Trauma Oil, 5 drops Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), 4 drops Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), 3 drops Lemon (Citrus limon), and 6 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). Massage your hands and sore joints with this blend several times a day-as often as you need the relief.

I just bought lavender because I heard it's the most popular. I add it to my air purifier, but the scent is awful. Is it me -- why does lavender smells so awful to me?/
@aromatherapyoils6 ай бұрын
Sadly, sometimes that does happen. Aroma is such a personal preference - for each individual an aroma can be just perfect or not appealing. Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) might be a great alternative to try, as it contains many of the same therapeutic benefits as Lavender since both are rich in Linalool and Linalyl Acetate. However, the aroma of Clary Sage can be a bit softer. 💜

Hey! Can i mix pepppermint and ginger oil with jojoba oil for a roll on.
@aromatherapyoils6 ай бұрын
Yes! That sounds like an amazing combination for digestive support. You would just want to make sure to use the Peppermint at a low 1% to avoid skin irritation. This would be 5-6 drops per ounce of Jojoba.
