Personally, I don't agree with John's assessment of Nosferatu. [SPOILER WARNING] ... The book that Knock had did not tell Franz how to defeat Orlok. It wasn't up to him. The book did let Franz know that only Ellen can destroy Orlock. But Ellen knew anyway what would happen if she didn't give herself to Orlok (because Orlok himself told her so). But it still had to be her decision, to do what was necessary because it would be at the expense of her own life. She sacrificed herself to defeat Orlok, and save Thomas from Orlok's wrath.

The most underrated film of the year that deserved so much more attention and love was Heretic. A great philosophical film that makes you question a lot of things. i remember leaving the theater wondering if I was even a human being at that moment in time.
