Hammond and May didn't quit their jobs, they took their show elsewhere. The BBC had to buy Jeremy Clarkson's 44% of ownership from him in order to Fire him. It cost the BBC millions of pounds to fire Clarkson.

The first one reminds of Germany. You go by bike after you had a few drinks, and if you had a few too many, you can loose your drivers license even though you are on a bike. You could push it or go by foot entirely, that would be okay, but if you ride your bike, it is possible to loose your drivers license. However, after that you are still allowed to use your bike. Funny thing is also, that you can get prevented from getting a license in the first place if you had been riding your bike drunk.

Always regardless of what people think of them in other ways like say Jeremy being controversial ha ha and pissing certain people off which I admire actually. Where I am leading too is the sheer chemistry these men have together. More shows on tv would be more entertaining if they used these men as a template to create other shows I feel. For me there is a big raft of tv shows that have people I can't relate to or care about. These three are always funny silly and entertaining all in one. That is surprisingly rare in the modern tv climate I feel.

My medical electric scooter is powered by Lithium batteries which do tend to start fires in cars.I love my scooter but imagine my delight in knowing it may put me in hospital for far worse than the natural causes which put me in it. 🤔 As the wind turbine constructions can never supplant sufficient power for the national grid as does clean Coal, we in Australia are facing power bills beyond affordability for most pensioners in the upcoming Winter at the same time as our Communist leaning Government close down our power stations and sells our coal toChina and smaller undeveloped countries. Hammond had to essentially do what Jeremy does that episode. Be the "front" person and interject to make jokes and generally interrupt and be kind of an ass. Watch any other episode that's what Jeremy is doing. Leading the banter. Clarkson couldn't do it that weak due to losing his voice to Richard had to be the energy.

It was a weak bit in the first place, but they made it much more annoying and unfunny by hurling an excessive amount of mean jokes at James over something out of his control. I generally hated how James always seemed to be the comedic punching bag of the show around this time, even when he made perfectly valid points that even the average person could get behind, but they must have had jack shit for interesting new stories that week to devote so much time to repetitively bashing James over his barely noticeable eye infection.
