Finally someone with intelligence and who plays local courses gets it right. I have played 8 of 10 of the courses. You are spot on and I would not argue any of the rankings. I have seen a bunch of made up videos that never played any course but made videos of state and local rankings that were complete BS. This is an excellent assessment. One I would add after the top 10 is River Oaks in Statesville. Excellent course with few houses. It is difficult though.
