Could you discuss what how the etfs yield can be impacted by he recent regulatory decision of OSFI?

They essentially need to maintain higher liquidity levels, therefore potentially impacting their yields, taking place as of January 31st, 2024. Just keep an eye on the yield

You forgot to mention holding HSAV in a FHSA. FHSA should be the same as holding in a TFSA or RRSP, right?
