@@RetroSmash. i'd much rather have this version's section instead of just pirate swing. it doesn't make any sense to go from intense buildup to something that doesn't fully resolve said buildup. And right after that it just transitions INSANELY weird to the very end of the song and it feels awful. The song holds up well since the instrumentation and percussion is amazing but a few musical ideas behind the song are really lackluster and overall worse than previous versions. Joey and checkity carried the song in terms of musical idea

The only two things i dont like about what nayu changed about the song is 1:45 and 4:40, for 1:45 i think the inst starting and stopping constantly breaks the flow of the song, same goes for 4:40 in a different way, as the amen break kinda messes up the energy levels in comparison to v3

I still do prefer the later versions, primarily in stuff like the Eggman segment and the news reports, but this one still bangs. There are just some parts about this that cannot be topped, like literally everything after 3:59 (aside from the John Walter part, I feel 60-PIN was able to top it in that regard). But overall, Top Loader is just a banger no matter what, as long as there’s no cringe Somari part
