@@ajplays7241 the one world trade center, spire counts because it's an antenna and used for a beacon for aircraft, another reason is because it is permenantly installed to the building since the start of construction.

One World Trade Center has many availabilities with regard to unused office space today, in 2023. Because of this, I think that One World Trade (colliquially called that by New Yorkers) can put that office space to use by having those become Consulate Generals of foreign nations like the PRC (mainland China); that way, at least the World part of One World Trade will have legitimacy. I just think that any Consulate General of another foreign nation in One World Trade will result in Americans having the ability to understand international relations better rather than assume that other foreign nations are terrible, like the PRC.

No it isn't the height of Willis tower is topped out at 442 meters whereas One WTC topped out at 541 meters

Yes u can it could be better if you go for bachelor coz if you do 4 yrs bachelor's you will get 3 yr opt means you can apply for h1b it is must if want to settle there due to h1b lottery system more you apply more there more chances to get it suppose if you didn't get 3 yrs of opt do 1 or 2 yrs masters and you will again get 3 yr opt means 3+ 3 6yrs to apply for h1b then green card where as if you do only ms you only 3 yrs and less considered than one having bachelor's there and more work experience than u in usa Or you can marry a USA citizen , you can do your own research any way in which college you are going
