@@gloxzy7818 Defense was not the only problem here. Latvia scored 2.7 and was scored against 4.1. Every other team that qualified for 1/4 scored at least 4 in average and was scored against 3 average. Latvia has a huge lack of offense and defense. And to be fair, 9th place is the "Latvian" place. In next year or two Daugavins and Indrasis will retire, new youngsters will join and at that point you will be happy to win a game or two to avoid fighting for staying in Elite.
