Your pro and con videos are VERY thorough and thanks for sharing the valuable information for people to know. I had friends on Harrison Dr. in Roseville that I always enjoyed visiting and I found the city very nice for a visit. I am a San Jose native and lived there for almost 60 years before moving out of state in 2013. But now, I am planning a move back to CA. but NOT to San Jose since I can no longer afford to live there nor would I want to. I just go back for visits with family and friends but cannot wait to leave. The drive to Sacramento from San Jose has gotten MUCH worse as I found out last year. Anyhow, while I am looking at a move to Sun City Lincoln Hills, I also plan to enjoy Roseville more for what it has to offer. I am retired at 71 and no longer have an interest in the bar scene and night life. I just enjoy the quieter times now. Keep up your FINE work with your videos and thanks for sharing your thoughts so well. 😊

@@LivinginSacramentoTV Thank you for your reply. I fell in love with Sun City Lincoln Hills after getting two tours there. Sadly, the inventory there right now is VERY low and I hope it gets better in the coming year with more homes to choose from. (I LOVE the Annadel model home the best with the three-car garage.)

That is a great model, we have a client that really loves the Sausalito floor plan and loves it.

Watch your video, I don't live in Roseville I live in Chico a College town north of Sacramento in the county of Butte, please come up to Chico and do a pros and cons on Chico, if you decide to come up to this part of Northern California I highly recommend you go to KZbin and check out the videos.
