My dog is red heeler corgi mix. He mostly cuddles with my mom and dad. With me, he plays. Earlier today, I was under a blanket and he was looking for my hand. We play games like that, but I wish he'd cuddle with me too. Usually his idea of cuddling is lying on the opposite side of the couch to me. He can be a little jerk, but I tease him a bit. Like when his ball rolls under something, and he barks at it, I got on my hands and knees to bark at it too. He really doesn't like being mimicked, but it's so much fun. I am such a jerk.

@@tncorgi92 we haven’t started profesional training yet. She just turned 12 weeks but will be taking her soon. I usually put her in the kennel to calm down when she gets like that. I’ve tried redirecting, giving lots of chew toys, puzzles, positive reinforcement/treats when she is sweet and calm but nothing is working so far. She’s bipolar is the best way I can describe her. Sweetest thing one moment and then the next goes after everyone’s feet and jumps up slicing hands with her sharp puppy teeth and the more you say no, the more she challenges you and growls/bites/chases 😒. I’ve never owned a dog like this nor ever met one like this and maybe it isn’t normal. Maybe it’s just my dog. I’m not a first time dog owner either and NEVER had a dog this intense. But those herding instincts are strong….

You should also add that they need more attention than most. I'm talking about 24 hours of attention because if you don't, they will chew on literally anything they can get their mouths on. They also play rough with other dogs and have extreme jealousy. They bite more than any other dog I have ever had in my life. Another is that they jump a lot. They will jump about everything even when it's feeding time. They bark loud and proud and very often. So if you want a corgi, be ready to parent the crap out of them.
