Miss my short dark hair but at almost 78 - can’t handle it! So went light highlighted to get more out of my coloring, shoulder length. Thanks so much for the smoky eye for hooded eyes. Love your technique! Use brown liner and tight line-no black- what was the lid primer and the tight liner you used here. Any moisturizer on lids before or not needed with primer? Thanks
