Visited home every 6 months for the last 18months and I have to say this was an amazing restaurant! Brought friends from the Uk and they LOVED it! They experienced true African hospitality. Tried other restaurants but Gavas was my favourite.

@@crystaltimuri1844 my bad that rice and dovi looks similar to sadza 😂. Next time they should order Kenya sadza so we know for sure. Definitely their choice not judging, was meant as a joke especially after elaborate washing of hands traditional way, then to use a fork 😁😁

Upmarket naaaah its a very good restaurant which offers TRADITIONAL ZIMBABWEAN MEALS thats what they are famous for anyway, upmarket restaurants are restaurants like Queen of hearts, the three monkeys, the village greek, the jam tree, Alo Alo, tin roof bucket bar and bistro, chop chop grillhouse has arguebly the best burgers in town, victoria 22 list is long.
