If you’re using the same camera and didn’t change the frame rate, the new lights fixed the banding/flicker. Fantastic!

What kind of light? Ive been using my Ryobi spotlight with a piece of wax paper over the lense as a diffuser otherwise its too bright in the center, then i have my GoPro mounted to it, for outside stuff i just use my phone. I like the Ryobi cause the battery will last 8 hrs.
