Yet the AG is telling us it is not a easy as that. In a plea bargaining, a 3rd party has offerrd to pay the money, yet he thinks its worth prosecuting ato forson than get the money for the state. In fact if Supreme Court still hold the view of the appeal court, the country should take the money from AG
