the board approves ,, and on the basis of the loans sureties ,, makes loans. wtf can a director blame auditors .. the horse left the stable because of an open door.. the auditor comes after the stable is empty.

Aaagh please the auditors got the figures the bank. No reason to look further. Once a year there will be a proper audit. 😊
