Hey, mr narrator (I'm not addressing the uploader). I LIKE Sophie and Magaly and their performance of "Papa Pingouin," which I have on a 7" vinyl single released in 1980 in Germany. It was a hit there and in France. Sadly Magaly has since died of HIV. The song is great fun though! And they did a great job with the B side. Secondly, you can't call Luxembourg 'cheats' when they were abiding by the rules. But to the uploader, thanks for uploading this. STAY AWESOME! :)

I think the 1972 Luxembourg rules should have been applied to all Eurovision performances: 'Do not applaud or you will be shot by security forces'.

How do they calculate these points? Also, how on earth is 4th place a 'flat-as-a-pancake' result? Seems to me as though the commentator thinks that anything but winning contention is a bad result. How sad.

As silly it was, it's also terribly catchy, so the 9th place isn't so remarkable to me.
