For some reason my favorite is the centennial coin. I think it's because it brought back memories of the bicentennial celebration in 1976 in my little hometown in MN. My parents were involved in planning it, my dad in the parade and I was home from college , so such a great memory of history and my parents, who are gone now.

An awesome year! That 8 Reale was the find of a lifetime. I found a 1 Reale in Iowa last year and was surprised and happy. Congrats on a great year.

@MarciaShackelford-st5bt I found it about 8 ft off of my aunt's machine shed. It is very worn but I can still make out Carolous 111 and the top of his head. It has a hole punched in it. I was surprised to find it. I have imagined how it got there.

Leatherman tools are nice. I’ve been looking all over for a new one. Finally found them at Cabelas. I had to actually pay for it, I don’t expect to find one metal detecting. Especially not with the sheath. That was a great find.

That 8 reale looked to be in very good condition for being in the ground for so long. What a hunk of silver and so special. Need a strong belt for a pocket full of those things. What am I saying. I would need suspenders with not having much hips or glutes since my cancer round. What a find.
