Can my account still remain active after profile expiry date considering the fact that I have an ITA which is letting me submit the application in 90 days. Thanks in advance!

Hello. What if a person's Education was for example - a Bachelors in Mass Communications (Advertising major) but while creating an Express Entry profile - the online form does NOT provide any option for any of these Media/ Communications/Advertising as the FIELD of STUDY? In such a case what would the correct Field of Study?? Please help..

Thanks for the info! In my case, I'm going to be 50% sponsored by my father and the other 50% will come from selling my car. However, I'll only have those funds once I get my ITA (I have a 478 CRS under FSW program) so they'll only be for 1-2 months in my bank account. Will that be a problem?

Hi. I don’t have a college degree, but I’ve been living here since April 2022, have a significant amount of savings and have a Director level role with a Canadian company for over 12 months (unsure of NOC code, will need to check) Do you think the lack of degree will be an issue. Hi, I just want to ask if its ok to receive a gift deed to my SISTER IN LAW??? 1. my wife is accompanying me. plus our main pof are all in our joint account. 2. around 15% of our POF comes from her gift. is it ok? or is it a red flag from the officer? 3. For settlement funds amount number is the number you enter how much you have in the account + yearly salary? I.e. 13k in my account and my annual salary is 50k = $63k? Or u just enter the 13k?

The money needs to be in your name. It can be in your spouse's name, but you need proof you have access to their accounts.

I ask them for experience letter but they told me that experience letter only available when COVID is gone completely. Yes, work experience must match the degree, otherwise you will not receive any points for it

No, if you are eligible to apply for PR under Express Entry ( Federal Skilled Worker Class), the employment requirements listed for the NOC don't apply. Working as a school teacher may qualify under NOC 4011 but I have to check your job letter from work to make sure that you can use NOC 4011. Rest assured it doesn't matter that educational qualification matches with your current job or not for Canadian Immigration.

Can my saved up pension benefits of CAD 34,000 be sufficient proof of funds for a family of 6 intending to migrate to Canada via express entry. In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.
