But despite being 1 year from August 2023 now (as it is Sep 2024), my profile still doesn't reflect 1 year of Canadian work exp scores. Why is that?

I only have 1560 hours of continuous student skilled work experience in Canada, which meets the minimum eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program but doesn’t qualify for points under work experience. Hi Kubeir, I recently received ITA under CEC. When I created my EE I said yes to 'Do you have a job offer?' and said no to 'Do you have a LMIA?' so I didn't receive any points for arranged employment. Post ITA I realized I should have just said no to the first question itself. Even though I do have a job offer I don't have a LMIA or any arranged employment. Please keep in mind that I did not receive any points for this. How do I fix this and submit my profile without getting refused? Any feedback on this is really appreciated. Thanks

Hey, Kubeir. Thank you for your video. We applied for a PNP program, and to do so, we first had to create an Express Entry account to get our Express Entry Profile number. I uploaded all necessary documents to claim my points. I applied with my wife, but since she hadn't done any diploma verifications, we claimed zero points for her, as advised. After receiving a nomination and ITA, my Express Entry account required more detailed information, including all personal and travel history. My question is: since we didn’t claim any points for my wife initially, do we need to include her "Work History" and "Study and Language" sections now? If we do, the system asks for all necessary documents. I’m confused because I thought points were collected before receiving the ITA. The system still mentions calculating scores based on education and work history. Do we need to upload all documents for my wife now, or is it enough to include her experience under Personal History?

Hello Kubeir , I need your advise !! I recently received my ITA and when working on submitting my application noticed an issue where the company i used to submit my express entry profile made a typo when it came to one of the modules of language results . This will have a small negative impact on my CRS score however i will still be well above the cut off score with my actual scores !! What do i do ?? I took reference letter from my last employer in 2022, just heard that employer changed his entire business on the same gst & business name he had earlier, but entire different business, was paid in cash, have the cash certificate, reference letter, offer letter, salary slips, NOC from university while joining this employer, but business stream of employer has totally flipped, when I worked for it, it was a massive medical equipment distribution company, due to heavy losses, they closed it in 2022, and on same name and gst no., started clothing manufacturing on different location, how can I prove it now?

Can I still make my quite old Software engineer as my primary noc occupation? 2. I started working for Firm A and then Firm B acquired my team from Firm A.. the Firm B has included my experience in the total experience in the reference letter. Extremely helpful content yet again. I have received my ITA under FSW and had a query. Is there a problem if I remove 1 of my work experience entries when submitting my application? The reason being the roles and responsibilities mentioned on the reference letter I received from the company does not really match with the NOC it is under. Can I just move this job under personal history and provide LOE? Removing this experience does not affect my eligibility or points since I have 3.5 years of experience from 2 other NOCs. Regarding the "Changes post receiving an ITA" section, For an EE CEC application, can I modify the response from "yes" to "no" for the question "Does [Applicant] have a job offer in Canada"? The initial "yes" was mentioned mistakenly because it wasn't clear that a valid job offer must be backed by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). However, this change doesn't affect the score as the answer for "Was a positive LMIA issued for the job offer in Canada?" was already "no" initially. Also, would I need a LOE for the same?

Hi Kubeir! if one is nominated by OINP as a CEC candidate then will that person be also considered and eligible for CEC draw or only PNP? i.e. if before OINP nomination the person was a CEC with 473 CRS and then OINP nomination gives 600 points, now the score goes above 1000, if there is a CEC draw at around 500, will that person be invited to apply or only eligible for PNP now after receiving nomination? In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account. It's all laughable, forget Canada. They say it's easiest country but that's a lie...it's probably easier to go the moon !
