We're now in the "finishing touches" stage where smaller parts of the project are getting wrapped up, including signage, queue shade structures, fencing and more.

@EricGarringer &OTHERS:: Dragster also at times SPEED OVER top hat; not really that*different of air time as when it went over slower. Actually most don't realize THIS== (for TTD) once train hit the white section on the tower rise, till it left the 270 {almost 8 sec.} you were feeling ''negative'' G's [even when crossing top hat] (not full 'air time' like on hills)- TTDRon@4649 rides /29RB

He was truly blown away by it. He’s ridden other cosstets on video and you can see he’s enjoying it (or faking the enjoyment) but here is 100% genuine. Brings my excitement up even more.

Sadly they didn't, cedar point demolished those tracks because at first they tried to salvage the track by relocating the ride to cedar fair parks but sadly it hasn't been reused

I think Tony likes it. It's good to see how high up the semi-'rollback' goes. I wish the bleachers would stay. It'll be good to go over that top hat at long last. Look forward (and backwards) to it.

@@scottycky The bleachers aren't there in the renderings unfortunately. It's low-profile tiered cement in a shape on that midway. But that's a rendering so I do hope they'll keep them.

As much as I want to ride this, that cable launch can never be replaced. The anticipation, the pull, and the force felt on the body was truly remarkable. It was a ground-breaking testament to the capabilities of the theme park industry. I understand I can experience that again on Kingda Ka, but we all know the better ride was TOP THRILL DRAGSTER!

Just keep going forwards (even if you slip a tiny bit it's ok, get right back at it). Steel Vengeance though. TT2 though. All of the coasters though. Hang pictures of em on your wall if you need to!

I hope that the people who built this ride actually are the people who get the first ride on this. The project would have never existed in real life without their hard work so. Also I can't wait to see how much higher this might go once it's got a full train of people and it warms up over the summer. Looks awesome for sure. The acceleration on the original was amazing. Your head was pinned against the headrest by the g-force. The amount of power launching you forward was relentless til it let off before hitting the hill. Something you don’t easily forget.

OG dragster had a hard time getting it up in 80 degree weather. This thing pushed it over no problem in barely 50 weather. New hotness is looking fine!
