How did lo search/set a second spell/trap. When her effect says “You can only use each of the following effects of "Lo, the Prayers of the Voiceless Voice* once per turn. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can place 1 "Voiceless Voice* Continuous Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone.”

Dyna Mondo revive Skull guardian on the opponents turn which triggers lo to special summon to proc her effect to place Continiuous spell/trap. So you're triggering the effect on the opponents turn. This is a little bit dated though as now with blessings of the Voiceless Voice you don't need to use dyna mondo anymore and play into cards like called by for example. Now that we have Blessing of vv on the opponent turn when they normal or special summon any non ritual monster you can summon ritual sauravis by using lo as full tribute triggering lo

Ritual monsters always struggle to be meta relevant since they’re always restricted to one ritual spell or another unlike certain fusion monsters who evolved past being limited to polymerization ages ago

@@mrrogers3581 no I didn’t forget about drytron I was just saying that the reason most ritual decks aren’t often used is because they aren’t as evolved as fusions whose weakness of being limited to a specific spell card was remedied long ago unlike rituals who’ll forever be limited to at least one ritual spell or another

@@tristindurocher-batley4780Ritual decks suffer because it’s a mechanic that must risk bricking to dead ritual spells/monsters and you need to generate crazy resources to make ritual summoning worth it, hence why most ritual decks just cheat the ritual summoning requirement. Drytron is the latest way to generically summon ritual monsters but it suffers from brickiness

@@grau1032 those are all good points that and the fact unlike everything else (except pendulum monsters who start in the main deck) rituals are in the main deck ever since the start of the game’s existence and that’s due to until the synchro era began the extra deck was exclusively called the fusion deck so of course rituals were left out of it
