Great Video Mate!! Starting off watching, I thought you would've shown your third approach first. But glad you still showed it! Second best fighting style in the world! Cheers!!

Another quality tutorial, any chance and I know I might be asking for a lot, that you include (where possible) a bag version of these moves? I don’t have an option of working out with a partner so just the bag. Also I am using sponge when wrapping my hands as you showed in one of the vids, but after a workout I am getting pain in the meta carpals, especially the two from thr pinkie side. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to condition my hands? Or will it improve with time (I’ve been working the bag for 2 weeks now after many many years of no sports - I’m using yokkao heavy bag xl and yokkao 10 & 14oz gloves). Thanks!
