I was taught to hook longer in muay Thai. Love how your hook is short and powerful like a boxer. You use it to put peoples lights out rather than just set up the kick. Quality 👌🏼

Absolutely love these videos. There are so many videos out there about how to throw a punch/kick but so few good videos about how to land them. Adding in clips of it working in high level fights is a great touch too. Keep them coming!
