To be honest, that's the place where you can experience the real local life outside the CBD, and there are three main shopping malls nearly, one of which is OneUtama- one of the largest in Asia, basically people who live there do not need to travel outside the area.

The German guy you interviewed by the River of Life is really nice, stayed positive about Malaysia. The one after that you interviewed at Merdeka Square, the one that said he felt the vibe of Berlin in KL, the one that said Malaysia is wealthier than Indonesia, obviously didn't realize, didn't know that Indonesia is the only Southeast Asian country in G20, with the highest GDP around USD1.5 trillion, of course with a population of hundreds of millions, the median for GDP income per capita in Indonesia is still in the status of a developing country like all the countries in this region with exception to Brunei and Singapore (one of the highest GDP income per capita in the world).
@sandrest87736 ай бұрын
Are you saying Indonesia is wealthier than Malaysia? There are reason why people use GDP per capita as main indicator, for 270 milions of people,GDP around USD1.5 trillions is low compare to Malaysia 30 millions of people GDP around USD 400 billions.

I do feel for my fellow British lady in what happened to her which was actually a surprise and I hope it didn't spoil her stay in Malaysia. Having said that, it does seem to me that she did very little research on Malaysia. If she was bothered about partying and going to clubs, then Thailand would have been better for her. As for saying there isn't much to do in KL, that is also wrong - there are a lot of things to see and do. Personally she should have skipped Malaysia and just go straight to Thailand. I have just come back from my 7th visit to Malaysia and 4th visit to Indonesia, and I'm planning to go to Malaysia again next year - I can't get enough of Malaysia

Such a nonsense to say she doesn't feel safe in kuala lumpur. I think she got lonely and nobone bothers her or run after her

It sounds to me like you are condoning the perverted act that was perpetrated against her to make her feel that way in the first place. Why wouldn't she therefore not feel safe notwithstanding it is likely an isolated case? As for the rest of your comment, well that is outright disgusting and paints you in as bad a light as the perpetrator of the mentioned revolting act.

Maybe she meant exposing the bottom part. Not simple cat call. Relax.

No nonsense. It’s her feeling… especially after such thing it’s very understandable why she feels this way.

Understandble when she was comparing with Thailand. Thailand have crazy nightlife. That's why she feel safer there compare to Malaysia a bit quieter while she likes to walk around at night.

9:12.... Some foreign wokers behavior are rude...few nights before a small group of drunken Myanmar(s) singing and shouting at people in Silang road KL.... I saw an European male tourist make video on it.... They might taught it was locals because those Myanmars look the same as locals....😎
