Educational content + New channels (low barrier to entry, practicality, 'Infotainment', boost by KZbin recommendations) 3. Synthesising in the form of highlights/summary (crowd psychology) 4. KZbin Livestreaming (getting in there without any viewers) 5. KZbin Shopping (more targeted than TikTok) 6. Podcast + KZbin (I skipped this part as not applicable)

38:20 ME! I’m that somebody! It’s me. I made that video about Omar and Nolan’s conversation and it’s the BEST performing video on my channel right now. I’m a perfect example of the opportunity surrounding “commentary” content. It’s working for me guys. That is my 5th video of my weekly roundup of creator trends and insights. I started doing these kinds of videos because I needed a “low hanging fruit” video format that I could do in order to increase my uploads to 2x/week. Funny enough, I got inspired to do this video format not even from KZbin. Quick story, my dad always watches ESPN right? Always has it on in the morning. And they tend to have someone run down all the “hot topics” in sports for that day or that week and I just applied that style of video to what I’m interested in. I watch “content creator development” content - you could call it - ALL THE TIME. So I thought to myself, I’m learning this information anyways, why not share it with my fellow content creators? So I wanted to provide this insight with anyone who wants to start doing commentary, reaction type videos. It works! Thanks for shouting me out on the lowest key Omar!

The best option is to start doing more Shorts, it's quiet popular now. People don't have attention span for anything longer, so I am recently trying to create expressive content (and after I post it, I use a lot of Famester to make them viral and they get spread out everywhere). This bring a lot of organic subscribers and views day after day.

Shorts still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

I live-streamed work sessions where I list items to sell on eBay and other subscribers also worked where they were. When we had breaks, we would chat. This format brought to me people who wanted to be productive like me. The pressure to talk for a long period of time was gone. This then led to a Discord community being created once I found my people. I believe livestreams are a great way to discover your people :)
