It’s so exciting as a usmnt fan to see this amount of quality talent coming up. I do wish we didn’t always over hype these young guys and anoint them at such a young age, just puts so much pressure on them. Let them get to 18yo before we start anointing them.

It’s a shame that MLS doesn’t seem to care about exposure for these kids. I will say that the Apple TV streams were for the most part pretty well done, but the fact that only 2 games per age group were streamed each day is unacceptable.

Thanks for the brutal honesty we need to hear!!! Sounds like for our prospects it was overall a success. Team wise and tournament wise, it was really bad. This tournament needs to continue however. Hopefully, we can get more South American and big name European academies. La Masia and Palmeiras would be great ones.

We actually had Palmeiras last year, they were one of the teams Union U17 beat on their way to winning the tournament. I’m sure they’ll be back at some point. Barcelona would also be a huge academy to have, considering that Real Madrid were in it last year I think it’s possible.

Priceless content! Some of the best u17s and u15s in the world and nobody is covering it like the way you guys did 👏🏽. For the Best Shot at future USMNT relevance, I think I’d have Owen Pratt over Pierre, but only slightly. Even with Slonina, I see Pratt as someone who will have a very productive USMNT career, getting solid minutes, even if it’s due to rotation or injury. I think he’s going to be a mainstay.

Pratt looks to be a special talent, I’d say higher ceiling than Slonina honestly but I’d still have Kochen over both of them. Regardless, the future of our GK position should be in safe hands, or at least better than it is now.

Is Carrizo good enough for Argentina? What level do you think Cavan will reach, similar to Pulisic? This belongs in ESPN or Fox sports, the hosting it amazing, the analysis is absolute peak

If Almada is Argentina level I see no reason why Carrizo can’t be (no disrespect to Almada, he’s a great player). Hopefully we win that recruiting battle. In terms of potential, Cavan’s is probably the highest of any prospect we’ve ever had, but he’s only 14 so it’s so hard to predict how good he’ll actually end up being. Pulisic level seems like the safest bet right now. Really appreciate the praise, we’ve been doing our best to make this the best channel out there!
