customer service said it takes 400 days before one can move from a new server 😞

Unless they changed it recently this is to transfer on to total warzone servers. They used to allow transfers to any server that your current server is the same stage of development. Thanks for supporting the channel I appreciate it!

@@theZimvideo you're most welcome! i finally found a TW channel I can understand 🙂. in ref to the 400 days, my recent bout with customer service was ... i'd say not more than 2 months ago. and at the time s3306 was only 185 days old, and they told me I had to wait the full 400 days maturity of the server before I could transfer. Initially, they, as in customer service, said oh i can't move because EL is on going. then customer service also said I cant move because my google play log in for both my players are under one google play log in. i moved the younger account around too. it was and still is a pain. it's not really the worst thing just frustrating I cant move my "younger" account to be with my older character. This younger weaker account would have been useful for KE on the weekends, but... alas, what to do?

@@hathor2 It's especially because subs can be useful to skew pvp results that you can't willingly have two characters for the same account on the same server (exception being in case of server merge, as it's decided by the devs) If you want two simultaneous characters, run the game in two different internet browsers in order to setup two accounts

@@laplongejunior ahh then it's too late for either of my accounts, with the recent turbine event on my newer account I developed it til level 91. but thanks for the explanation
