Love mindpump - I started one of their programs about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. I started symmetry since I noticed some imbalances in my lifting and wow I didn’t realize how many muscles I was neglecting.

Really enjoyed this. Thanks so much for the tips! I’m going to be trying all these. Been struggling with my weight and been feeling hopeless lately and exhausted with my littles. I definitely have that all or nothing attitude. I’ll do good and then I’ll let my slip ups ruin it completely for me.

I am a 71-year-old woman. I have been working with the Trainer for a year. I don’t see much improvement at all. I’m keeping track of my protein and my water. I don’t keep track of my calories. I don’t have much weight to lose, but I want to gain some muscle. Any suggestions?

IDK if it’s accurate to say “there are more people who are millionaires than there are people with a six pack” Third world nations are predominantly full of very lean tradesman . My husband is a stone mason and the men on his crews are like 1 in 20 who are jacked and shredded. And don’t get me started on the Skid Row junkies who are tan and shredded. I know that’s a dark reference but lots of people have a 6 pack.
