Be careful with the coffee, I've been drinking a pot of black coffee during the day for the last 1-n-a-half year during which I was making intermittent fasting for 16 hours most days of the week and had only one major meal and one light meal like a small breakfast, but my doctor found that the iron and B12 levels in my blood test had hit rock bottom and she said it is either a problem in the intestines or the coffee. My daily coffee consumption is now limited to two small espresso maximum. Good luck with your fasting, I still eat twice a day, don't know If I would be able to reduce it to one meal as you did.

I think whole foods are important. Limited or no sugar. No seed oils. EVO. No trans fat. I like the 30 different plants a week. Spices count. I think grass fed meats and butter is better for you. I think omega 3's important. Deep sleep important. Exercise important. Being positive important. Fatty fish good. Tumeric and ginger very healing. Juicing takes the fiber and some nutrition out. I think its better to just eat the right foods. I think detoxing sounds like a good idea. Nuts, seeds, and beans goods. Humming good for nitric oxide. Muscle test sounds like hocus pocus, new age. B12 and D3 important. Hemp hearts and walnuts high in omega 3's. I want to check my iodine. More fruits and vegetables and less meat. Intermittent fasting great for cleansing. Don't eat between 8 pm until 8 am. Im working on this one. Bad late night eating habits. Just eating healthier got rid of my prediabetes, cholesterol good now, triglycerides good now, liver good now. Just esting heathier seems to have realy helped. I'm not a perfectionist, but i just started cutting out bad and adding good things. And i buy one or two expensive items like hemp hearts once a month. So i just keep aiming to have a better healthier life style. Whole grains good. Chik pe macaroni much healthier taste just as good as white flour noodles. No white bread or rice. Sourdough and rye bread or homemade Whole grain bread better or Ezekiel bread. I hate tumeric but found i like Yogi Tumeric Chai Vitality Tea (hated Chai too). So im glad i found a way to get this great spice in my life. Bigelow Lemin Ginger Tea taste good and i Don't like ginger. And Matcha Green Tea the healthiest tea. I can't drink three cups of hot tea a day so i put one bag of the tumeric tea, one bag of the ginger tea, and one bag of green tea all in one cup of hot tea each day. I love white button mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and baked til soft and black liqud comes out. I love to buy tri colored cole slaw and make my own dressing. Dressing mayo, water, salt, pepper, and splenda or you can use sugar or Stevia.

I love this topics because our health should be at the top of our priority list because not all the information we receive is all the full information for example, we’re told we need to drink a lot of water but they do not tell you to drink alkaline water, with some lemon, small pieces of fruit and pinch of salt to replace all the minerals we are washing out with regular water because that will make you not only dehydrated and impacts so many organs so we get sick, the more we do our homework the more we’re able to choose better and enhance our overall health.

The idea of variety is a brilliant marketing ploy to get people to buy more crap they don't need. As a cancer survivor, I strongly believe that your body desperately needs hydration and nutrients as soon as you wake up. Your body was busy the night before. It was processing, repairing, and rebuilding. Your body was working overtime, and used up a lot of nutrients. So it's crucial you supplement your body with the correct nutrients in the morning because even though you are awake, your body is still working hard. Most people will wake up and drink coffee and eat something. That is the worst thing you can do. Your body needs hydration and nutrition when you wake up. Stay healthy everyone!

Mostly, any and all meat and veggies. Just take your time to make the switch. One meal at a time... don't stress if it's not perfect. Just less and less of the crap foods. Yourbody senses should be totally free and relaxed there is no such program as must to do. When you talk about green juice its very important to understsnd your routine previously coz sudden switch can alarm the body to react your gut and your brain communication in trillionth of second so the moment you decide gut send a message snd the brain wait for your response Get up earlymorning gently massage your body your hair with coconut oil.. Take cold shower Drink a glass of water zip by zip enjoying After that get out in the open for a walk no mobile no tea no coffee if someone needs to take tea then 70 % water 30 % milk add ginger boil and take tea half cup.. Dont be obsessed with food, dont monitor sugar levels, dint monitor tracker be free be light eat what you want eat little use less salt oil and sugar that is enough.. The more you get sophisticated the more complex your brain becomes so dont go deep into anything as buddha once told the ability to feel lighter is the key to good health..
