Yes you must wear a clean bra. It absorbs sweat and can cause acne or at least smell bad if it's not clean. Bras are expensive so just having a couple isn't a crime but you gotta keep it clean

Being a Critical Care RN I have seen many morbidly obese patients come in with yeast infections under their breasts because of bad hygeine...the sweet/sour stench almost knocks me off my feet. Now, with all that being said, good bra's are expensive so women typically only need 3 or 4, but it's imperative to wash them frequently!

She tried to say that Twinkie wasn't obese - I remember when she had supposedly taken Twinkie to the vet when Twinkie was at her biggest and she told her audience that the vet had said to her that Twinkie isn't over weight "Twinkie is just... a bigger kind of chihuahua"... No vet would make an excuse like that for a dog that was 4 times the weight it was supposed to be for it's breed. Twinkie was vastly overweight - no two ways about it but Amber being Amber had to lie and say a vet had basically said no no it's fine she's just big boned - She's so infuriating with her stupid lies and lame excuses for her poor pet care.

Wasn't it more of a they went to the vet and looked at a chart of dogs that showed what the normal weight and size of the different breeds are supposed to be while waiting and miss Expertlynn said that this chart only applies to different kinds of chihuahua and not to Twonk because she is a different type or something like that? I’m an RNMS, YES,you can get yeast infection under your boobs if you don’t wear a clean bra. I have seen many stinky,yucky,nasty,yeast infections. I cannot diagnose nor prescribe, I’m saying this as a woman who #1 lives in a very hot area of the country and #2 as an ER nurse. Women….please wash under your girls while showering and put a clean bra on. Try a sports bra if you are on the large size, some. even close in the front. I’m not prescribing, use tea tree bath and body wash or tea tree oil it helps get rid of yeast….only when it’s first starting.

3:52 - I dont think you get infection in the breasts when you dont change your bra, but the bra itself will start to stink. Even if its the same bra, if you wash it regularly, would be fine (if for whatever reason, you only have one bra). But to just wear it and not wash it, especially if she can't take showers/baths every day bc she's too big (she didnt take one for a year), it will start to have an odor that can smell through the clothes and even possibly give the skin rashes where the bra is laying against her skin. I.E. underneath the boobs (there can easily get rashes bc with bigger breasts, it sweats under there; baby powder or even stick deodorant can help keep it dry.) or on her shoulders where the straps are.
