I actually liked the Inheritors as villains As for the Spider Destiny thing I alwas just Interpreted it as each Universe's main Spider-Person was destined to gain their powers It's kind of like Miguel O'hara and the "Canon Event" thing

Another weird thing that was a Retcon was the fact that Peter isn't Mary's Kid But, he's the Biological Son of May. May slept with both Richard and Ben but ..... Ben was Sterile and couldn't make kids. However, Richard could Aunt May is actually Peter's real mother
