It is not within allowed time but I had to get there. I was walking towards my RV with a flashlight wrapped around my head. I was looking around and there, at one turn, saw a set of red eyes staring at me from about 100-150 ft away underneath the trees I quickly changed my view just to act as I didn't notice it .... but I had a rush of goosebumps. Poppet's Way activity is the story used to develop the movie Poltergeist. Many years ago I went to a going away party for a friend's friend. I overheard the woman who owned the home talk about the poltergeist activity, mostly stuff disappearing and reappearing at a later time. I was told where we were and it didn't mean much until they told me the back story. The house is at 14:57 and is to the left of the dead end barricade. She said at night you could see shadow figures moving around in the woods behind the house.

The graves were from before it became what we know of as Crosby today. All the people buried around there were residents of Barret Station, a slave community on the other side of highway 90, that still exists today, minus the slave part obviously.

Challenge accepted. Every single story can be explained. 5. Her mother didn’t like the blacksmith even before the murder and fabricated a ghost sighting (in a time when spiritualism was at its peak) because she suspected her daughter had been murdered due to quite suspicious circumstances. But no one listened to a woman at the time so the mother had to come up with a ruse to get attention to her quite valid suspicions. 4. Carbon monoxide poisoning. Symptoms: Headache, auditory and visual hallucinations and a sense of unexplained dread. 3. Partly mass hysteria and partly wanting legal compensation because they quite understandably didn’t want to live on top of a cemetery. 2. Simply superstition and hearsay loosely based in an actual murder. Not very uncommon. 1. Faulty clock radio, suggestive indoctrination by a priest who had his own agenda, religious mass-hysteria and sleep paralysis.
