Pretty sure I didn't say anything of the sort. So, because I don't find him to be better than Reed Blankenship, that somehow means I don't think he will be "anything?" Automatically putting him over Reed is wild when Reed outplayed him, and it's not like Reed was in his 7th year or something, Reed had one more season of experience.

I never said you shouldn't have your opinion, I simply disagreed with it and stated why. I'm starting to think Philly YT cats aren't actually from around this area, because this is how we speak all day in the streets in the Tri-State Area. Some of these responses to simple dialogue is WILD. Please show me what I said exactly that was "out of pocket," Sir? You're the one who put words in my mouth when I never said Brown wouldn't be anything. I pointed out how he didn't play better than Reed for him to be automatically placed over him. I like the fact that he plays disciplined football. That's going to be essential in the zone heavy Fangio scheme. Looks like he's communicating well and trusting his mates, which is vital. Looks like he knows how to use the sideline at his other teammate (probably part of the reason why you want to put him at outside CB). If the starters are Mitchell and Slay, he can get work in rotation, but might get a chance to get on the field as a third safety (for those formations). I wouldn't want to overload him with too many things to learn in year 1, so I'd have to imagine his playtime will be from rotation or injury.

Those are though evals. First, the evals will have to be done with broadcast footage and I'm not trying to work for free, especially with Eagles content. I'd throw Seattle fans a bone because they support my platform very well...Second, have you ever watched a Houston Christian game? I highly doubt it lol. So, co-signing what you see is kinda scary because the competition level is going to be as low as it gets...I'll see what I can do, though.

What a difference a year makes. I been banging the table for more DB prospects because the direction the league is going, like look how many WR’s were taken in 1st round and look at their 40 times as well. We needed not only young blue chip DBs but they need to be fast as well, and that’s exactly what we got. Now we got Mitchell, DeJean, to go along with Ringo, Ricks and Rodgers, while having CJCJ, Sydney and Reed still at Safety. I think we are going to keep 12 DB’s between CB and S on the roster.

I most definitely agree with his ability and talent to be a great DB in the NFL. My question I would ask you is this. Would he be a better Safety at the next level or DB...? DeJean has a high I.Q , great ball tracking skills, and a take it to the house mentality with the ball in his hands. Wouldn't you like to see him be able to play more freely on the back end...? Just a question regarding the positions.
@TopBillinSports4 ай бұрын
Jalen Ramsey has all those same traits, does anyone want him to play safety? Corner is a premium position, my man, as they face players on the other side who can wreck a game plan. If he didn't have the skill set to be a corner then safety would be fine, and I'm a former safety, so it's not like I don't value the position. As for this team, that already has Reed Blankenship, Chauncey Gardner, and Sydney Brown at safety, with very suspect corner play and nobody who has proven themselves at corner beyond the two vets who will be gone after this season, there's a clear path to victory to make the best secondary possible with him at corner. If he plays safety, which I'm sure is more likely than not because the NFL is legitimately an old-boy's network, he will be damn good, too.

@6:34 I wonder if Cooper is playing the hands on this deep ball because the WR actually never shows his hands and Cooper never turns around. The play before as soon as the WR showed his hands Cooper did as well. I know that’s how I use to play CB I would play the eyes and hands to track the ball in the air when it was behind me because usually the WR eyes widen when it’s coming so I would know, pause.
@TopBillinSports4 ай бұрын
Wide Receivers don't run and look at birds in the sky, pimpin. If he's looking in the sky that means the ball is coming his way; the sooner you are in phase and can track the better chance you have at making the play. You can't rely on a WR to always give you a key because some are savvy enough not to do so.
@temp-td2uk4 ай бұрын
Highest floor in the draft combined with an incredibly high ceiling. Cooper will probably be a better player starting off than Quinyon but that’s conjecture. He helps the team NOW compared to later and will likely play all positions in the secondary at a pro bowl level.

And there were two rookies last year who got a lot of playing time towards the end of the season.
