The zenvo wing doesn’t catch more air one side as you said. imagine the pressure from the wing pressing down at 90 deg to its span. When it leans the pressure still presses at 90 deg and increases that pressure on the inside wheel. Effectively moving the centre of pressure to the inner wheel.

about the zenvo, it does exactly what you explained, but is not because the higher part of the wing gets more air, its because the downforce on a wing is perpendicular to it so when you tilt the wing outwards you tilt the downforce inwards

Erm i THINK / or i believe the Mercedes SLR that costs like 600.000 Euro had that LaFerrari Spoiler in 2008 or so. It comes out when More Breakes Power is needed cause the SLR is like 1700 kg. with 600 HP

I have a bit of trouble grasping the mechanics of the Zenvo with that mounting. Ok i get the idea behind it and i guess it would show some promising results, but isn't the wing mounted too close to the middle to have any significant effect over the traction on the inside wheels? I'm no aerodynamics expert and maybe someone will correct me on that (and really please do if i'm wrong), but if you want this kind of wing to work the best, aren't you supposed to mount it on the 2 furthest points of the rear of the car and as low as possible like almost on top of the edge of the rear diffuser so the air can press as much as possible on the tyres?

You forgot the McLaren F1 which has active aero but also has 4 little fans that create the Venturi Effect by sucking the air under the car, the same concept Gordon Murray used on his T.50, but this time with a giant and more advanced Fan like originally ment on his F1 Brabham BT46B, so the GM T50 is another car you should mention imo

Awesome video!!! however..... :p the center of mass does not change. The car is pushed by the centrifugal force. Since the tires offer some grip, they stay at the same place, while the car above them leans to the side.

You both are actually coming to the correct conclusion. Since the car is tilting due to centrifugal force (actually just the conversation of momentum, this is a whole other topic) the weight vector points more towards one side. This is the "weight shifting" effect, the "centrifugal force" that caused the "weight to shift" ads a moment about the length of the car causing a twisting motion that results in a greater reaction force on the one side of the car. It is all very technical, weight shifting is a metaphor to get a better feel for what actually happens.
