I had a Topdon Phoenix pro and it was the most problematic tool I've ever owned, I made numerous complaints to the seller and calls to tech support for a variety of issues. I had to make a credit card dispute to force Topdon USA seller to accept a return. The seller made a bad situation worse by making promises of a return and then backing away. I couldn't ever recommend a Topdon product due to the horrible experience with the seller in the US. I have a launch pad 7 and couldn't be happier.
