allright, i can say that yes, but in some locations it is looks like a lot different. for example in real life in svergino and severograd there is a river and more "mountains" and original buildings, so wvhen i was running in dayz in a town where i actually live i just noticed it after 3 minutes. (sry for english im still learning)

REMEMBER: The Arma 3 flying camera could only be done with the map from 0.59 patch where towns look a bit different than in 0.61 which is much more similar to the "Real Chernarus" for example: church in stary sobor IRL is on the right side of the road as You're heading to KAB, same as in 0.61 but in 0.59 the church was to the left... Anyway! Enjoy!

well it has been over 10 years since chernarus (which was arma 2 not dayz) came out (people will argue that it was released in 2009 but no thats when they released it on steam before that it was released on hard copy from 2006) the land could have changed, back in 2005 to 2006 the landscape could of been exactly as you see it in the game as buildings are put up and torn down all the time
