The currach and coracle are two very different types of boats, the one shown in the video is a coracle whereas the currach is long and sleek.

Most of these fail to qualify as bizzarre. #8 the Boirault, #4 Cugnot's Fardier, #3 Tessarakonteres, and to a minor extent 27:45 the turtle sub, were the only ones I found bizzare

interesting about the Fardier is the fact it was based on a threewheeled cart from the campine region in what is nowadays Belgium! that cart type got popular in other regions in Belgium and northern france by the late 1700's as it was practical and could bare heavy loads... the front wheel was steerable and followed the horses or ox that pulled the cart.

Paddle vessels powered by animal or human power were built from Roman times up to the 19th century. "Team Boats" as they were known in America were quite common. Some operated into the 20th century.

That weird looking tank was later thw main battle tanks of WWI,all they did was increase, and armor the compartment into a rhomboid shape, plus making those giant panels smaller into tracks, see same idea!!!

How were siege towers moved? Are they just pushed along with brute force from inside on their wheels or was it more sophisticated, such as using men or maybe even animals to drive some sort of mechanical assembly to provide torque to the wheels? Imagine if later on in history they used some sort of massive clockwork type thing, storing energy in gears and springs wound up before battle and then controlled releases of the energy to drive the wheels forward.

Yes he keeps showing pictures of coracles, which were in use throughout antiquity. They're both traditionally crafted, hide covered wicker boats so I can understand the mistake, but the major selling point of the currach is its ocean-going capabilities which would be suicide in a coracle!

Couple of things, #12 La Marquis. One of its innovative features was a cloth roof... So why didn't you show one? #9 Minoan ships, distinguished by the use of natural building materials, as opposed to all the other ships that were built using synthetic materials like fiberglass?🤔 Hey if I'm wrong, I'm wrong but back then, weren't all building materials natural?

I believe Minoans and probably Vikings originated from the Phoenicians (from Japheth's line); Greeks also probably either came from these bloodlines or @ least interacted w/ those people considering the boat design similarities
