Nah.. while I love the agressive look of this, and I am sure it is fantastic, that has never been the soul of Bugatti. Bugatti Chiron is what Veyron was, its an incredibly fast car that looks a bit more elegant and cruises around no problem, and has an insane road presence (if you ever see one in real life, you will know.. its wide and low as hell on the streets). The Chiron, as a Veyron, is basically a car that could be your everyday driver based on how it drives, until you floor it and it goes into a warp tunnel of speed. What sets them apart from the competition is the fact that the car is insanely fast, but with luxury, a good looking exterior and interior and comfort as one of the ways to do it. The Chiron looks like luxury car taken to another level.. this looks like an aggressive race car made for cornering taken to the streets.. while good, I prefer the Chiron to its more pleasant and cleaner looks.

@@JoePJack1 as a commercial pilot for nearly a decade, I can assure you that is not the case. If you're taking off at 300mph, you've gone off the runway. We usually rotate around 130-150 knots, which is a far cry from 300mph. These tires handle extreme pressure from keeping a massive aircraft stable on the ground and handling the braking, but they can only sustain so much and tire bursts can happen more often than you think. Because of the extreme heat and friction at 300, it's like landing extremely hard, those tires won't last long if you do that. Not to mention they're extremely expensive to purchase and maintain compared to a car, even the Chiron's 20k tires. They're not designed to go super fast and probably will not be able to go 300mph. Different purposes.

Just a note for people who say "it's just a volkswagen it's not french" Bugatti is 100% French, made, designed and tested in France. Volkswagen as nothing to do with the car directly, it doesn't affect it, there are no VW part in it. Volkwagen OWNS Bugatti, it is on the business level. Just like Lamborghini is owned by VW, but is still 100% Italian.

From what I'm gathering, besides some exterior motif with the Divo, the Bugatti Design thinking is beyond other supercar companies, its in the realm of ideal material engineering SIZE with the default of driver luxury, its emergence is interesting. To have a reliable engine adds weight, to have a heavier engine add power because it has to be fast, and what can only emerge for what the Bugatti offers to the driver, is a product built on ideals, not constrained by engineering to hit a market. I think theyre going for maximum ideals, and whatever it costs is after the fact. I've always liked that sort of design, and its literally unfortunate that ALL products are built to have some sort of affordability, because ALL products realistically compete with ALL products because the buyers are forced by aliens to exist in a limited resource world, that seeps into our engineering aspirations for maximum reliability, maximum longevity, maximum user comfort, maximum performance, and maximum beauty. The Bugatti cars don't exist in that world, theyre outliers, idealists, anomalies, both in and out of the game.

Casting titanium is incredibly difficult, but I’m sure if their costumers were willing to pay an extra million or more, they’d consider it. Although, even with that price spike, they’d still most likely operate at a loss, given there wouldn’t be enough volume to cover R&D costs of doing that.

From the press release on their website: "Strictly limited small series of 40 vehicles already sold out". So they started taking pre-orders from their VIP clients even before the car was officially unveiled. Meaning anyone who was not on their VIP list never had an earthly chance of ordering one. Then what the hell are they introducing it for when they are all already sold out? Who is this unveiling for and what purpose does it serve? To generate interest in the brand? Interest from who? The people who could afford one apparently all already placed their orders and will continue buying all future models no matter what, and will already know about every new model before it is unveiled, and will be given the chance to place an order. What is the point of "INTRODUCING" something to the general public that is already sold out and no longer available for sale? Just to rub it in people's faces that there are 40 people in this world who have more money than anyone else are and are much more important? Absolutely disgusting, pathetic, pitiful and disgraceful.

The Bugatti Divo looks like something out of Star Trek. It kinda reminds me of Jackson Storm from Cars 3. It's headlights make it look kinda chill or like a racing gangster saying " You should enjoy this race while it lasts. I'm gonna win though".

Its a chiron with a bodykit and its a truck compared to koeniggseg one:1 which has almost the same amount of horspower costs half its price and actually it has racing stats while being balanced to go over a 270 mph. IMO I actually like buggati’s styles, The veyron looks sleek, Curved, and really satisfying when seeing it move, To be Honest Im not really a fan of complex looking cars like Ferrari FXX K or the Mclaren Sienna. BatMobile-Superior-Good looking-Badass style cars are not really my choice, also some people don’t like them (Like me), VW owns Buggati brand and Vwagons don't really look superior, Buggati cars are just souped up Normal body cars :p

As much as i love bugatti im a bit tired of this big heavy W16 quad turbo engine and the fact that these vehicles weigh close to 2 tonnes. Time to lose at least 500kgs. Like make a track focused rear wheel biased Chiron. That would be awesome.
