If people don't get the Uruguay joke from Hammond during the points award: this episode was aired right after England was kicked out of the 2010 World Cup by Germany. A kick by englishman Frank Lampard that clearly got over the goalline was disapproved by the Uruguayan referee because, according to the refs, it did not actually went over the goalline. Hence the 'but it was on camera' remark by Clarkson.
