I think you could wait less at the merge. Dip a wing, send him one way, then reverse and pull. I set up the mission so that you can trick the AI like JC suggested. Also, on the ingress and egress you need to fly form on your lead. The battle damage check and the kissoff won’t work properly when you’re a mile apart.
