Chevron is definitely safe. Lagos is very safe. Nigeria has its issues but its generally safe, maybe thf Northern parts are slightly dangerous but not more than most cities in the world

Lagos has some really good structure but the major problem is that those houses have very little or no space at all as a compound... Cos land is very very expensive
