Just a couple of constructive feedback points : 1: Assuming not everyone may know Syd, would be much nicer to introduce your guest and have a little background story. The interview will flow better rather than jumping in and out of subjects. 2. Agree with a few of the comments. Seems a bit ‘mean girl’ the way some points were addressed by the interviewer. This should be a no judgement zone ✌🏼

I really loved Syd and Ell and have followed their journeys individually since the split - hence why I am watching this interview. I do agree with the comments, that it came across as the interviewer trying to cause issues/clickbait

Hi Lucy, long-time subscriber of yours here! A few thoughts: • I think you need to approach this podcast more professionally, it’s podcasting 101 to do research on your guests, and you didn’t know Syd’s history of being a duo/who Ell was (and mentioned that in quite a shady way), you also didn’t properly introduce us to who Syd is, and it felt quite rushed/abrupt from one segment to the next (this could just be the editing) • I understand you’re naturally more ‘cutthroat’, but your responses to the submissions came across very dismissive. I think it’s easy to forget these are real people submitting their stories/questions, and I think it would be better to lead with empathy rather than pulling faces after each one and quickly dismissing it with a simple ‘get rid.’ You might be doing that for entertainment value, but it actually makes it more of an unenjoyable watch (at least for me) and comes across quite immature. I’d love to see your podcast take off and do well, and hope you take this on board 😊

I was enjoying this until ell was mentioned. I feel like syd kept everything very professional and private and the interviewer only cared about the fact she knew the full story. It would have been nice not to name drop too and keep it quite general

hey!! thank you so much for your comment, so I feel like I need to give some background on topic Tuesday, on Tuesdays a box is put up on instagram for lots of people to submit their questions and the audience of both Sydneys and mine was wanting to know about ell, so it wasn't to come across as name dropping at all. but more so for Sydney to answer the question if that makes sense. also, the only reason I share that I knew the ins and outs was to relate to syds comment about it being quite boring, I wanted to ensure the audience that it was just life taking over and I guess was a little boring because it happens to all of us? but honestly thanks so much for your feedback!

hey! so topic Tuesday is a little different, it's actually more about the watchers/audience and their submissions - I think for people who don't have a clue what topic Tuesday is (which will be a lot haha) its where on a Tuesday a questions box is put on stories (on instagram) and the viewers write in their submissions/thoughts/feelings/comments and then we discuss them. I hope that makes sense!

I’m still friends with the same group of girls over 24 years of friendship, I feel the reason it has worked for us, any issues air them out,take breaks move on, have other friendship groups and people around who are on the same page not meaning all of us are on that page, and when you have taken the time done what you wanted, the girls are there. True friends do not need to speak every day and see each other every day but no where you are if they are needed. We all share so many traumas and at times have been all each other ha,s and you no the deepest darkest secrets of all our life’s. It is very rare for people to remain together for ever persay but it can work if you all have boundary’s and no the other person and how they deal with there emotions, not every person in the group may have the same personaliities but if you are meant to be friends you will. It is so normal to be so different to a person but be friends and it is so normal to argue and have different opinions but that is being a human, you wouldn’t necessarily break up with a boyfriend/ girlfriend over one two three arguments why do it with friends, people act like friends for life are the perfect match have the same interests etc but people are going to change and evolving with them and supporting them doesn’t mean you have to do what they are doing, and find a common ground you will work through it and if not your not meant to be ❤ loved the podcast

I dont think its for anyone else to decide what is cheating to you. If you are uncomfortable with it and your partner knows that and does it anyway then goodbye. Just because another person doesn't think its wrong or cheating doesn't devalidate your own reasons and feelings.

Hey melody how are you! Before Sydney went solo she was in a Duo with a lady called ell, I was also unaware but they were honestly a duo on fire! two great girls but decided to part ways..and in this podcast we were just discussing the natural parting of friendships and how this happens so much we just maybe don't talk about it enough. Mollie is also a friend of Sydneys and they were very close and naturally also drifted. The reason why it was raised is because both ell and mollie work on social media too so lots of people were interested to understand what happened to the friendship dynamic :) hope that helps! xxx
