Many stuggle. Its best to just read when you can and try to make it a point to at least once a week. IF you do not have time to read, I would like to suggest prayer as it can be done any time, just talk to God and tell Him how you struggle. I have also found that picking a verse to memorize and meditate on is helpful and listening to worship music while driving. Doing those has filled the gap of consistency for reading and spending time deep in study. I spent four years at bible collge and have learned many techniques but have found the simple ones that require little effort and can be done on the go are best for people who are busy.
