I love Ben's nails. Mental health is understandably a touchy subject, and like many other subjects, many people will say that your opinion or statement on it is wrong. All that you can do when it comes to something like that, is exactly what you do in this video, which is to say that you are not the right person to speak about it. It really does save you from a lot of drama down the line. I think it's good to express that people should get help and it's okay to reach out when you need help, especially for men. Maybe that is what people mean by talking about it. But at the end of the day it's your podcast, you should keep talking about what you want to, and there are lots of resources and podcasts out there dedicated to talking about mental health.

As a person that's not a psychiatrist/therapist, I do understand your point of not talking about mental health as much. Because we can only talk about our own experiences with mental health and situations may vary per person. Sure we can say that a person's actions could be due to mental health, but the validity of our words are just based on assumptions. We're not that person's therapist so, we can't really tell what's going on other people's lives.
