Topiramate for Seizures and Migraine Headache

I was diagnosed with Hemiplegic Migraines and topiramate has gave me my life back. I was in and out of hospital constantly before being prescribed this medicine and was extremely ill, even thinking about how unwell I was makes me feel uneasy. To anyone about to take this medicine I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

❤ same went in to a and e often. I was prescribed topamax just before Christmas made a big difference.

@@soniczforever5470Its stopped them completely for me. I have had migraines since around 2010 and they have stopped too, its unbelievable really. Glad they have helped you too

If I don't have any issues relating to seizures and my psychiatrist prescribed me 50 mg of topiramate in 24 hours for anxiety issues is it safe to take

Yes it acts as an anti anxiety too , because of its neuron inhibiting action however there are other alternatives like benzodiazapines so ask them about that

@@zaidofficewala I sometimes faint out and cry unconditionally it happens very rare like 1,2 times per yr but I feel constant headaches if I go out or talk loud ..or speak more ...i went to hospital today and I got some medicines but .is it normal to faint like that ? I feel like my heart rate decreased, I can't walk or want to listen anything at that time ..and then I cry ..it stops after few seconds..I feel normal again like nothing happened ..my dad saw me like that one time ,we didn't mention that to doctor , Is that normal ?
